Dr. Patel
Dr. Patel is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over eight years of hospital and outpatient experience caring for patients at all stages of life. He believes great medicine is built on trust, honest conversation, and taking the time to truly listen, an approach shaped by both his years caring for families and his own experience as a parent of a child with congenital heart disease.
Early in his career, a simple moment of noticing a slight change in a patient’s voice led to an early cancer diagnosis, reinforcing a belief that continues to guide his care today: when medicine slows down and truly sees the person in front of you, careful listening can save lives. At AIK Family Health, Dr. Patel brings this thoughtful, unhurried, relationship-based approach to families across Chicago, treating every patient like family and caring for them as he would his own.
